About Me
Hello, my name is Mrs. Bassett. I am 47 years old and this is my fifteenth year teaching and all of these here at Moreland Elementary. I’ve taught third grade for thirteen of those years and this is my second in second. I have a Specialist's Degree in Early Childhood Education. I started college ten years after I graduated from Campbell High School of Fairburn in 1982(now Landmark Christian). I was married in October of that same year. We have been married for 29 wonderful years. We have daughter 24 and a son 19. I love animals and my children share that love. We have two dogs, a cat, a gecko, and two bearded dragons. I love teaching and consider it a privilege to teach your children. I plan on being here for many years to come. Maybe, I will have the honor of teaching more than one of your children.
